It is important to ensure grievances are resolved by discussion and negotiation between the parties concerned. Sydney Family Day Care provides a system for parents, Educators to settle any dispute that relates to the organisation.

Sydney Family Day Care Scheme commenced in 2014, prizing over 25 years of Early Childhood Education experience prior to its conception.

 

SFDC acts to provide quality care & education within family day care systems, offering a service that supports the needs of working families in Sydney. As a service provider, we supervise & support our educators to ensure compliance within a highly regulated space. We take in pride in providing regular visits from our qualified co-ordinators, ensuring positive relationships and sharing our knowledge of the National Law & Regulations, as well as general requirements of the education industry.

We hope to promote a healthy & safe environment that facilitates the development of young children to visibly become more confident, independent and excited for their smooth transition into Primary Education.
